There is no camp on Monday August 3, 2026 for the Civic Holiday
Camp will end at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 21, 2026. Extended hours will not be available.

Daily camp hours are from 9:00am- 4:00pm
Morning Drop Off: 8:45-9:00 AM
Afternoon Pick Up: 3:45 – 4:00 PM
Extended Hours
Available five days a week in the morning and afternoon.
Monday - Friday 7:30-9:00 AM $15.00/day
Monday - Thursday 4:00-6:00 PM $22.00/day
Friday 4:00-5:00 PM $15/day
Discounts
5% off for the second child, 25% off additional children.
5% off per family whose parent(s) attended Centre Camp as a staff member.

Inclusion Program Services
An inclusive environment where children of all abilities can grow, gain confidence, and enjoy a joyful summer. Spaces in our Inclusion support program are limited and confirmed after the intake process.
Please note, there is an additional fee of $625 per session (2-weeks) for 1:1 support.

2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy

| May 1 - August 21, 2026 | No refund | No refund. A 50% credit will be given for the following camp season, less a $150 administrative fee per camper |
Deposit is non-refundable at the time of registration
- All cancellation fees are in addition to the non-refundable $250 deposit per camper
- No cancellation fee will be charged prior to January 31, 2026
- Cancellations between February 1 and March 31, 2026 will incur a $250 cancellation fee per camper
Financial Assistance
CAMP REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
Financial Assistance applications will not be accepted after May 1, 2026.
It is our goal that no child be excluded from participating in summer camp by virtue of financial circumstances. Thanks to the generous donations of our community, we strive to make camp accessible to more families every summer.
While we do our very best to support all financial applications, there is limited funding available and we have an obligation to confirm each applicant’s financial circumstances. Therefore, it is required that the Financial Assistance Application is completed in full, and all requested supporting documents are provided. We cannot make any guarantees to accommodate the amount of funding requested. We also cannot guarantee that any allocation be the same as previous seasons. Deposits will be returned if you do not receive the required assistance to attend camp.
Financial assistance is only applicable to the full camp fees and cannot be combined with any additional discounts.
